Board of Directors

The Girls Inc. Board of Directors serves as the governing entity for our organization. The board oversees policies, determines goals and long-range plans, obtains, maintains, and administers finances, and supports and promotes Girls Inc. in the community.

The Board of Directors elects new members as vacancies occur. Potential members are presented by the Board Development Committee and elected annually. Members serve three year terms.
